The interior of the house, exquisitely renovated with an essential design, reflects meticulous attention to detail in every room: few but significant pieces of furniture, carefully chosen by the owner, who has an important career in the design world. A large Molteni table with armchairs designed by Patricia Urquiola dominates the dining area, while Wolf kitchens and Alpes stainless steel furniture combine functionality with the style of Riccardo Barthel sinks and faucets. The floors, also designed by Patricia Urquiola, are made of large matte porcelain stoneware tiles, two meters by one meter, giving a sense of continuity and spaciousness to the rooms. Cast iron radiators, crafted by a historic foundry in northern Italy, add a touch of industrial elegance, while high-efficiency Norwegian Jotul wood stoves heat almost every room, ensuring cozy and fragrant comfort during the winter months. The bathrooms, designed by Devon & Devon, are true sanctuaries of luxury, with the master bathroom boasting a magnificent enameled cast iron bathtub and a panoramic window offering spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Un grande tavolo Molteni con poltroncine disegnate da Patricia Urquiola domina la zona pranzo, mentre le cucine Wolff ed i mobili Alpes in acciaio inossidabile offrono funzionalità uniti allo stile dei lavandini e rubinetterie di Riccardo Barthel. I pavimenti, anche questi firmati Patricia Urquiola, sono realizzati in grès porcellanato matt di grandi dimensioni, due metri per un metro, conferendo un senso di continuità e spaziosità agli ambienti. I termosifoni in ghisa, realizzati da una fonderia storica del nord Italia, aggiungono un tocco di eleganza industriale, mentre le stufe a legna norvegesi Jotul ad alto rendimento riscaldano quasi ogni stanza, assicurando un comfort accogliente e profumato durante i mesi invernali.
